Monthly Debits
<p>Clientelle legal will change your debit dates without your permission. They just send sms's to say your debit date has changed from a certain date to their date. I called last week to say i will like my debit date to remain on the 15th of every month but no you guys decided to debit on the 8th and before it was on the 13th, wow you guys just change dates like nobody business, you dont care whether we have money in our accounts or not and remember when it bounces back those bank charges have to be paid by me. Please debit my account on the 15th of every ****** month or just ****en cancel my policy </p>

As per our telephonic discussion we have addressed your concerns regarding the early debit order. It is important to note that the benefit of an early debit is to ensure that your policy is solidly in force on the Date of Commencement as selected at the time of your application. This debit methodology has significantly improved cover being effected for most clients and has further significantly reduced penalty charges.
Furthermore we confirm that we have provided you with an alternative type of billings mechanism which you are more comfortable with.
