Money grabbers no service
I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. I now realize that this case will go cold. Like the case of my house. My lights will be disconnected at this rate.I will take all the evidence to the ombudsman and prove that you are just money grabbers.

28 Oct 2021, 20:20Dear Clientel thanks for at last being honest. Eventhough I am a law abiding citizen you don't have the power to stop Ethekwini electricity from switching off my lights eventhough the evidence clearly shows that my bill has always been paid. All you can do is write letters and hope that Ethekwini will respond. Thanks for nothing but lies that you will have my back and protect my rights. Fact you are just grabbers selling lies on tv.So another premium has been paid and I will have to go and make arrangements as if I am a non payer. So that my lights don't get disconnected. Dear members of the public donot be fooled when they call you and say they will have laywers to defend you they are just Insurance not a legal firm quote. This after 11 years. However a lawyer was sent to represent me when a landlord refused to pay deposit but Ethekwini is too big for them. Going to the ombudsman and I will expose you for your lies. I will get over 11 years of premiums back from you money grabbers
