i had a bad experience with clientele legal, their service is horrible to say the list, their legal lawyer, customer care are worse. you hold for more than 1 hour waiting for the lawyer and only to be talk that she/ he is not available. i asked on a numerous occasions to be transferred to a manager but only to be told that i cant speak to the manager. i lodge a complain with the complaint department but nothing is happening. i asked them to help me with legal matter in 2020 and the lawyer was assigned to me and contacted me once every time when i call him he is not available and whenever i send an email he is not responding. i eventually get hold of their supervision and asked her to assign a senior lawyer and she did assign a senior lawyer and when that senior lawyer called me she had a had a cold feet about and we spend 133 minutes on the phone their she was trying to discourage me by telling me that i don't have a strong case. two days the later i received an email from the same lawyer telling me that my matter is not covered my question is why did t took more that 6 months for them to tell me that the matter is not covered? whereas i was told that lawyer will come back to me. i would like to warn people from joining clientele legal, its waste of time and money. i was a member of scorpion legal protection before and i decided to join clientele legal because of their TV advert but their service is pathetic to say the least and i am going to scorpion legal protection again for a peace of mind. please people don't be tempted by what you seeing on the TV advert. clientele legal subscriptions are very expensive but their service is not matching that
