Misleading me as a client
I joined the plan added my brothers husband and father when my dad called in he was told that they can not help he needs to pay a fee to get a lawyer to help but when o join the plan I was told I will have a waiting period there after if I needed help from a lawyer I will be appointed one I was not told that I need to pay fees for a lawyer and that the plan that I have just offers you legal advice not legal representation so why lie to make the sale? Why advertise that you get a Lawyer for a monthly premium when you only receive telephonic advice?
