Misleading information

Good day I had taken a policy with clientele legal. I was speaking to the sales agent and I had asked if the policy will help me, fighting for custody over my child. The sales agent advise me that it will help me to fighting for my children custody. I went through their terms and conditions, to what they were offering me via telephone sales was not in their terms per contract agreed telephonically. Benefits. I called them to cancel the policy and not to debit my account and they informed me that they will debit my account. I am unhappy about how their sales person mislead me. Please make Clientele not mislead people with **** information.
