Misleading adverti*****t for services their don't offer

I'm disappointed with clientele legal, they keep on misleading people with their current adverti*****t compaign. I have been a client for them for almost 10 years but cannot remember the actual date I joined them. They keep saying they assist their members with bail amount of R3000 and also make promises of assisting with drafting a will

My experience with them is the following, despite their misleading marketing campains: 1. I was arrested last year July for driving a ****** vehicle while I had bought the vehicle from someone. I contacted clientele legal who then aranged an attorney to go represent me for a bail hearing in pretoria megistrate court. The attorney contacted a representative to bring inR3000 for a bail on that day of the heating. Fortunately the matter was withdrawn without me appearing in court. My problem is that I was behind bars and clientele instead of arranging an attorney with the bail amount, as promised, asked my relative to bring in cash for bail hearing and amount to be paid. Where that do they assist someone with paying the bail amount if they still request relative to find cash and bring it it in? 2. They claim to assist client drafting a will, I have tried several times to get clientele to assist me with drafting a will but their attorney told me they do not offer that service of drafting will instead one of their attorney sent me a template drawn from internet to complete on my own. Why keep misleading people about services they do not offer
