Misinformed!!!

Made a debit order agreement for the 1st of every month but the installment was deducted on the 20th of March 2015 even though it was already debited on the 1st of March 2015. Two installments paid in one month. I never agreed to this. It is ********* and unprofessional to debit someone's bank account without their consent except for the specific dates and conditions agreed upon by the customer. I want my money refunded to me as i cannot trust that Clientele Legal will not debit my account whenever they feel like it .
