MEDIOCRE LEGAL SERVICES AND THEY GUYS ARE NOT LAWYERS-CANCEL YOUR POLICIES
I emailed Clientele Legal to assist me with advise on giving my tenant notice and also a notice letter.They requested me to send their Lease agreements.I submitted everything.No advice given s initially advised i was just told to send a letter they had given me to my tenant.When my Tenant responded to them,they no-longer assist and have since disappeared. Clientele Legal are mediocre people taking chances as if they are legal people. They even discussed with my Tenant behind my back that I never sent them Lease agreements which is not true.THESE SO CALLED LAWYERS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE READING THIS TO STOP THEIR POLICIES.RATHER PAY MORE FOR GOOD SERVICE SOMETIMES CHEAP STUFF COSTS YOUR MUCH MORE. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO YOUR QUERIES.I am a business person and should spend time on my business but now i am spending time with follow ups on the work that I pay them monthly.

We confirm that the eviction letter was sent to your tenant to which they have responded and our offices have rep**** to the third party accordingly to confirm that they are in breach of the lease agreement, as per your instruction. We therefore respectfully submit that you have incorrectly stated that “we have disappeared”. We have provided you with limited assistance to try and resolve your dispute, as your matter is unfortunately excluded under your legal policy.
