Mediocre and Appalling Service

Their service is appalling and mediocre. You simply pay premiums for nothing and when it counts the most and need legal representation they will make excuses and find a way to not represent you. All they are good at is providing telephonic legal advice. That's what they should basically specialize in. My partner is under my cover and needs legal representation but we were told that she won't get representation. I took up the policy in May and set up a debit order but they didn't debit my account. Payment was missed but paid at later stage which is why they won't represent. What is the point of adding my account details if you will not debit. They fail to even help with simple things, Clientele always looks for loopholes and excuses not to render any service.
