<p> </p> <p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to commend Mark Bezuidenhout on the excellent and prompt service, as well as his patience and the constant follow ups.</p> <p> </p> <p>Brief:</p> <p> </p> <p>I had an outstanding account with Sizwe Medical Aid and I have been trying to get them to pay for the past 6 Months I then decided to call Clientele and got through to Mark who’s assisted me and getting them to settle the account, I called Ampath today and they confirmed payment was made on the 19th (ONLY A FEW DAYS AFTER WE SPOKE), I’m just waiting for payment confirmation from them which they said will be sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now as I mentioned before, our normal nature is that when something is cheap or free like our Monthly instalments at Clientele we tent to assume that the service will be equivalent, I must say how highly incorrect I am on that statement and received service as if it’s my own personal lawyer who deals with me and me only.</p> <p> </p> <p>Again THANKS MR BEZUIDENHOUT FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE you sir made me look at Cliental in a different way and feel like a proud member of the establishment, I really hope this mail lands on the correct desk for various reasons and that Clientele realize what an excellent employee you are, an individual who adds value to the company with prompt and outstanding service. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done and keep up the good work.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
