Lies, false advertising, bad service you name it

Useless, a waste of money and your time, these people have excuses upon excuse. I have a case with them for the past 7/8 months and they are no help at all, I have to do all the running around making all the phone calls. You never get a reply to what you ask when sending emails to them or when you call their systems are off line, I'm not sure if they have actual lawyers working there, or just consultants. I have as I stated a open file with them with regards to them helping me in a accident claim. They have waisted my time for the past eight months with excuses. After me going to them for the I don't know how many times and asking them what's taking so long to finalize. I've given them all documents needed, affidavits, witnesses statement, salvage reports, car written off reports from 3 panel beaters, police reports, what more should I do as a client of theirs. This is their response: Dear Mr Martlouw; Be advised that we contacted Muhammed Bulbulia telephonically but without success. We also contacted his attorneys but they refused to give us his address. As already advised, you should make use of tracing agent to trace him and documents cannot be served on his attorneys. Further be advised that we need the commissioned Damages Affidavit , witness statement and salvage value of your car. We tried to contact the panelbeater for the commissioned Damages Affidavit and we also tried to contact your witness for the witness statement but without success. We request you to contact this parties for the documents. Be advised that it is important for you to provide the documents because if the matter goes to court , you will need to be able to prove your case. You ,as the client, has the duty to provide us with all the required documents. Kindly provide us with the required documents and information within 14 days failing which we will not be able to proceed with your matter and will close your claim.
