LIENTELE LEGAL FALSE CLAIMS AND FAILURE TO RESOLVE MATTERS
Clientelle’s claim to help with legal issues is a ****. I have had multiple reviews on Hellopeter for the lack of help in the matter of more that 15 months. I have had to write multiple emails begging for their help, have been assured of assistance by multiple managers from the legal department whenever I compliant is written but with no way forward therafter. Lately they ignore my requests for feedback on email communication and quite frankly it seems as if they are supporting the same people I have a case against. It’s the worst customer service from a company and a lot of empty promises which are huge contrast to their advertising claims. Its pointless paying for their cover
