**** lawyer!

I have contacted them for 3 legal matters to date. NONE were resolved. At no point did I speak to a lawyer. It's a con. In the 3 cases, the outcomes were: 1. Did not assist. 2. Referred me to a consumer body to lay a complaint myself 3. Kept re-sending an email confirmation that my email was received and their turn around time is 48 hours. 7 days letter and I had not been assisted.

When you select that you want to speak to a "lawyer" you actually speak to a contact centre agent. Your matter is then referred to a legal advisor! When you want to escalate to the supervisor of said legal advisor then you are stone walled and frustrated until you give up. This has happened CONSISTENTLY with all 3 of my matters.

The contact centre agents only serve as a deterrent and source of frustration. They do not help. They may as well be switchboard operators.

Today I was told by one of these agents to take whatever recourse I choose when I asked her to escalate my matter to the next level manager. Hellopeter is one of the recourses that I will take.

I wouldn't recommend this expensive (R240 p/m) service to any self respecting person. It's a ruse to lure us to what I thought was a reputable brand. There's nothing but frustration at the end of the telephone line!
