Letting me down when I needed them the most

I will never in my life have any Policy with Clientele,people have warned me with the company as a whole to say they just ****. I had a legal labour matter which they said they are not going to represent me because "my chances of winning are low" not that my chances were Non but chose not to be by my side when I needed them the most. Having this legal policy since 2012 I dont remeber even once had they assisted me in any case that I had. They forever want me to fend for myself while I pay every month for more than 5 years with no good service coming from them. The least they could have done is to refund me knowing very well they were not by my side as per thier false adverti*****t on our TV. I feel like smashing my TV should i see them on the screen. They only just enriching themselves with peoples money, probably they paid people to lie on their Ads to gain customers. Clientele is a discgrace and no more having any policy that has thier name in it. Even thier employee once said,dont think you have a lawyer with clientele thier service is a lot of Bull. I dont even want them to sms anything ever in my life again. I hate that company.
