Legal Policy Cancellation
<p>I have called to cancel to cancel my legal policy number ********** 90. When I spoke to one of your consultants she advised me that I will not be able to get a refund of all the premiums I have paid up to date. My understanding is I am supposed to get money back of all the premius I have paid up to date now that my policy has been cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please look into the maater and revert back urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p>Awaiting to here your feedback.</p>

As per our discussion, it is important to note that each monthly premium is paid individually for the risk that Clientèle Legal carries for the Life Assured for that month. There is no cumulative effect of premiums over the duration of a policy.
Premiums are not refundable unless the Policyholder cancels the policy within 30 days of the Commencement Date.
You have since confirmed that you were satisfied with the feedback and you have a better understanding of the cancellation process.
