legal advisers not performing
<p>I am devastated by the service I have received from Clientele life legal department . It's been more than 3 weeks since I have lauch a case with them regarding the company whom does not want to pay my salary. The only time I receive correspondence is when I send the email conversations with my ex employer and will promise that they will call me which end up without them calling me. I have lastly heard from them at the end of last month. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I have found out from them that they have called my ex employer without calling me to find out about the current situation and only put that on the system. The lady I spoke to today promised me that will inform my legal advisers to give me call. I am under a very serious pressure since they will be looking for their monthly debit order at the end of the month of which if I don't have the money in my account will result in them widrawing from the case and left tsrended. I am of the opinion that the company only do the super advert of which they are not keeping the promises they are putting on the advert.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lastly I would be happy if this matter can be resolved before end of the following Friday the 24th of June 2016. We shouldn't have more than a month without the resolution. Their advisers are talking to my ex employer as if is the one who is their client more than myself</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Based on your instructions, the advisor made contact with your employer on 30 May. Written correspondence was also sent to them in an effort to resolve your dispute, where after feedback was provided to you. Kindly further note that we also sent an email on 3 June 2016 wherein we advised you of your legal position and gave you advice on how this matter can be resolved speedily. We further advised you to contact our office should the matter not be resolved thereafter, regrettably you have refused to act on our advice herein.

Hi Luleka. Just to correct on your response to my querry above you called me very late on Friday afternoon where you advised me to return the company properties although the conditions put in place by the company which you are aware of that I am not required close to the company premises as my previous company informed you that they have lounch a case with the SAPS. But still asked me to go to the company premises to submit what ever I needed to without ant witness from my side.
How ever I am still receiving a poor communication update from the legal advisor whom is assigned to my case. I have advised you and even make a call to your offices regarding this matter on the 22nd of June 2016 but still today I haven't received any correspondance until my previous employer sent me an email of what I they waiting for and from your side I haven't received that correspondance from your company.
I have also previous ask for the salary advice from your stupid lowyer and today I have not even reived any correspondance regarding that information even though I am flooding you and him with the information I have on my side through emails. The only thing I receive is the stupid automated email to me all the ti I have forwarded the informatio. The third party requested dxf and dwg files through to clientele and I can confirm that I haven't received any correspondance regarding that information from your side but however the third party forwarded the email to me.
I have also shared a link to those files where I have shared with you and your lawyers and also to the third party itself on the 22nd June 2016 where I haven't received any correspondence from yourselfs and to.

As per our previous discussion on 17 June 2016, we have made numerous attempts to contact the third party in vain and have updated you on the attendances. We have further copied you on the correspondence which we sent to the third party on your behalf. Kindly note that we are not in receipt of his response where he requested certain information from you hence we were not able to communicate such information to you. We are further not able to access the links you have sent to us herein, as discussed with Zanele from our offices today.
As per our agreement reached today, we will no proceed to send a letter of demand by registered mail, where after we will allow the third party a reasonable opportunity to respond. Should we not receive a response we will assess your matter to further legal action.
