Lack of progress and feedback

I m frustrated by two companies Avis rental whom I needed to pay an amount in installments but I paid money into their account which they claim reflected but I have proof of payment. They have since sent my account to debt collectors who have been terrorizing me for more than a year now. I requested mediation in this issues.<br> <br> Secondly I had an insurance with Ooba for my house which was burgled into in 2013 but they disputed my claim for repairs but upon getting a copy of the policy document, no mention of the reason they used to refuse the claim. They have since cancelled the insurance and didn't cover any of the insured damages. <br> <br> I sent the document for Clientelle to analyze and advise after lapsing with Ooba insurance. I started sending all the documents from September. To date no way forward or worthy feedback on both issues. I ve had to call in to request feedback, send emails but to date nothing tangible. Yet I pay premiums month to month for not getting legal advise or help when I need it most. <br> <br> I m appalled by this and can't wait to terminate this legal plan if my life would be frustrated with it. <br> <br> All I want I decent feedback, representation and an effort.
