It has been amazing so far. Ms. Sanelisiwe Phakathi has been doing such a stellar job as our lawyer. She helped greatly in a long-standing matter with Next Music. When she took it on, she made sure that it was quickly resolved, and I was clear on what was happening at every step and understood fully the communication that I was being sent. She was transparent and kept me in the loop on whatever communication she received from the nother party. She has been professional in her conduct and very patient with me as well, especially as an elderly person. She is also handling my current case, and I am happy with how it is going.
