Is Clientele Legal really legal?

Clientele Legal left me in the cold at the very last minute today when they were supposed to appoint a legal representative for me with regards to SANC and the Committee. I provided them with a directive on the 26/03/2025, they kept quiet until I called them yesterday sending another directive as a reminder, they never responded. I called at about 11:35 and spoke to a male consultant who stated that a female lawyer will consult me before the end of the business, nothing happened. I called again this morning to find out, I spoke to a female consultant who told me the policy my parents took, which I am a member, doesn't qualify me to get a legal representative.
