*********** and unprofessional' My wife Thandiwe Jean Kekana bought share block at La Lucia Sands in Mhlanga Rocks,58 Marine drive,Durban in 2018 and paid the required registration fee of R18000.00 and an annual(2019) of R14580.She signed the Contract Agreement which doesnt stipulate anywhere any clause to terminate the contract. We emailed them to say we want out of the contract and the response from their estate agent was we must rent it out at a specified period or she will try to sell it for us. Seeing that nothing was forthcoming,we contacted Clientele Legal to scrutitnise the contract this year in early March 2020 and two weeks we phoned to enquire about the progress or update. At that time the President announced the lockdown but was informed the allocated lawyer was working from home and will come back to us. This never happened and till late May we were told the lawyer has resigned and has been allocated a junior who needed to consult her supervisor and will come back to Thandiwe. This has not happened and when she phone she hsas to leave the message via the call centre who promise to pass the message and the lawyer will call us back. As we write this complaint no one from Clientele legal has ever contacted us and yet we are paying monthly family premiums to them. In as far as we are concerned this is unprofessional,poor service and in competent lawyers who cannot differentiate an open ended contract and a closed one. As citizens we have the Constitutional right to belong or terminate our Agreement and have decided to terminate our services with Clientele Legal as their marketing/adverti*****t is misinforming thereality of how they treat clients. If they cant help us why not refer to specialist estate/property lawyers? WE REGRET TAKING A POLICY WITH CLIENTELE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES
