I first emailed them seeking advice on a labour relations matter. The response I received was almost like a BOT response. When I called the legal advisor (Mr Mpungose) was just clueless. He was making examples of ******** cases in a labour relations matter. He suggested that I find the relevant labour clauses relevant to my case. This is what I have paid for these many years - nothing.
