On the 15 March I saw an advert about the legal plan. I sent and sms and the agent called me back he explained everything the I was keen to join the enrol for the product. He assured me that I will get my policy documents with 10 minutes or 48 hours. I politely waited as received an sms where i can access my documents the link that was sent is not working then I called again the agent that assisted me assured that she will resend the documents as the previous agent did not capture my email address AFTER I SPELLED IT TO HIM AND I HAD TO SPELL IT AGAIN. Till to date I have received an email with my documents as I was assured that I will get them within 24 hours. I am starting to loose trust.
