*******ly operate cold calling through bought black market databases
Spammers. These people buy cell phone numbers and email addresses from black market data bases and then cold call without consent. They do not conform to the POPPIA act and they do not respect unsubscribe requests, nor do they respect OPT Out responses. I will never use the service of a company that so brazenly breaks privacy laws in South Africa - let alone seek legal advice from them...

This is over and above SMS marketing etc.
I have never opted in to be contacted by clientele legal nor any other legal company. The only thing that would make me change my review is if Clientele Legal can prove where they legally obtained my contact details and how that transaction is in accordance with POPPIA. If they cannot do so, then i stand by my accusation of purchasing ******* databases of user information in direct contravention of the POPPI Act.
This is over and above SMS marketing etc.
I have never opted in to be contacted by clientele legal nor any other legal company. The only thing that would make me change my review is if Clientele Legal can prove where they legally obtained my contact details and how that transaction is in accordance with POPPIA. If they cannot do so, then i stand by my accusation of purchasing ******* databases of user information in direct contravention of the POPPI Act.

I am not a clientele legal client, so I am unsure how I got on to your database in the first place. I will not visit your. website as I have never been there before clientele legal clearly has suspicious policies regarding user privacy.
I have pushed the "press 9 to opt out" button after every phone call and still I receive calls.
It is pretty clear to me that Clientele Legal has purchased my phone number from a database that must have been sold to you by one of my banks. This is against the POPPIA act and needs to be considered seriously.
I eagerly await a reply that resolves my issue. My next step will be to seek legal action and demand that I am handed over all of my personal info that Clientele Legal has on record and how it was aquired.
