I WANT SERVICE URGENTLY!!!

I have 3 policies with the supplier including legal cover but I have not received any assistance regarding a divorce I want from my husband. Bongani told me that if my husband doesn't answer his phones it means he is contesting furthermore he must sign a pro-forma to initiate the divorce. I have more to lose that him as currently he is not paying maintenance and has abandoned his family since August 2014. I also supp**** Bongani with a copy of our marriage certificate which is ANC with an accrual system. He has quit his job and is now in Port Elizabeth. I have 3 children that I am taking care of and need to be separated from this man that is destructive to my development. I need help and I do not know why I should continue paying the supplier if I am so dissatisfied!!
