I want all my premiums back

I joined clientele via IFA and was promised that I will be represented should there be anything that requires legal services. I had an issue with the doctor and sent an email to clientele legal on 22nd and 23rd of September 2015 and got a response saying I will be contacted within 72 hours on both emails. I've been waiting for them to contact me until now no 1 has has ever done that. I had resolved my problem and now I want all my premiums as they couldn't live up to their **** promises. I was told by my people that Clientele is an old schemer who schemes money and never render a service for all the premiums paid for. I had my faith in them but such a disappointment isn't what I had expected. I'm no longer interested in doing business with them just want all my money now! And on top of that I am cancelling the membership cos they are just a bunch of amateurs who are full of empty promises.
