I've been ****med!

I cannot believe I fell for clientele's trick with all the adverts they put up on TV. I hav called clientele a million times and only got through twice and when u ask to be called back, toute told that's impossible since its a call centre. Do lawyers work in call centres nowadays? How is it even ethical to lie to people, tell them they will speak to a qualified lawyer only to find that they'd speak to call centre agents who give absurd advise - I ws even told that I have an insurance policy and cannot claim as yet - who mentioned anything about claims? I just wanted the legal assistance I have been paying for! It's companies like this that turn our country to rubble - lies and deceipt, my word! I'm just glad none of my frieds and relatives will fall into this very same trap.
