I need assistance instead of being referred to a 3 rd party all the time

<p>Clientele Legal is aware of the nightmare i'm going through as i've included them in all the correspondence that i've forwarded to the NCC and NCR. I'm tired of the calls that i receive from Patricia every time i logg a query...repeating the same thing, sorry we cannot help you. You claim that you have the toughest lawyers, whatever you advertise is actualy believable. My credit status is still poor despite of paying of my creditors for the past 5 years. Upon my first consultation with JC Van der Merwe and attorneys i was informed that within 5 years i'd be finished with my debt and my credit record would be clear, but ja clearly the finer details was left out. The matter was escalated to the NCR who confirm that i was ot under debt review, and might be under administration as they cannot find anything under my records. I was then referred to the Law Society, if i want to take the matter against JC Van der Merwe and attorneys further as the law society deals with disputes against attorneys. What have i been paying towards for 5 years, JC Van der Merwe issued me with a 74Q form that i had to pay additonal for and the purpose is to serve that i'm not under debt review. The reason for this was to enable me to possibly apply for a home loan and live a normal life. I'm still being turned down dispite my efforts. Trying to repiar my credit record with Transunion or Experian, is a nightmare on its own. I need help.</p>
