I hate your pathetic service!!!

I've been treated and got all kinds of swearing's when I called in I was told to go open a case or get a private lawyer? When I received a call form Ahtiyya Ebrahim I was asked when did this happen I told her sins March but I never took it serious. But now am being called everyday from the 23/11/2015 she told me this all happen on my waiting period huh???Where does November falls in with March? I could have said only this week but I told her am taking this now very serious as I been told my life will be hell from a person cell!!! I do not even know this woman! Meaning I can't even sue this person seems that I'll be told of my waiting period huh please! You are quick to tell us a lawyer will be at hand should you need 1. I was never told your call center will call and only give advice? For there's nothing that can be done to assist me. Am extremely unhappy!!!!!! You quick to take our money but slow to act! Am calling anther legal places should I get 1 I would like to cancel my account. Am not going to be forever unhappy with you! YOU NOT HELPFULL @ ALL!! Does she know what am going thru or my frustrations? She'll send a letter on my behave to say what??
