I demand all the money they have ****** from me

I took a policy with clientele just i could have access to a lawyer when i need one. Now i have been calling them sending emails because i needed legal assistance. Nobody ever came back to me, when i call their call centre i always get transferred to different departments. I had a serious issue that needed their attention and they failed me. Clientele is just a money making business, i want this policy cancelled and all my money refunded back to me. I never missed a single debit order but they failed to assist me. What is it that i have been paying for? I am no charity case. They must just payback my money.
