Hip of lies on the cover Clientele Legal promises people

I joined Clientele Legal in 2017 as I felt it was worth having a legal service in case I require one. Last year (2019) my employer terminated my employment. I had just returned from a business trip to Japan to our headquarters. The company I work for was Cataler SA. A division associated with Toyota supplying them with Catalytic convertors for the exhaust pipe. The issue that led to my dismissal was that I was removed from the airplane before it took off. I cannot say what was the reason for that but the airline rebooked my ticket and also booked me a hotel stay overnight as they realized that they were at fault. The airline States in their policy that should it happen that you are removed from the airplane you will bear all cost including cost of airplane being delayed due to the disruption caused. When I arrived in SA after boarding on the next day I was served with a suspension letter by my employer and was subsequently charged for bringing the company's name into disrepute and aggregated dishonesty. I was acquitted on the first charge and found guilty on the dishonesty charge which was due to the comparison of my statement to a colleague of mine that I went to Japan with. The statements were given to both of us after being interviewed by a private investigator hired by the company to investigate my case. My colleague flew down to SA on the flight I was rwmoved from. He was on business class while I flew on economy class.

After having been given a final written warning on the case that hd been brought against me I was due to return to work on Monday 18th of November. Upon my arrival on the day of return to work I was again served with another suspension letter accompanied by another letter with new charges. This time it was allerged that I had assaulted this colleague I had travelled with to Japan. My colleague and I had an argument at the airport before we boarded the plane and there was some pushing off which he had pushed me so hard that I fell to the floor and all my laugage got scattered all over.

These charges, they allerged, has came from new evidence that they came across which was not seen on the statements we provided but allergedly was there. To my surprise there was no mention of assault on the statement given by my colleague and when he came to give testimony on this case he said something totally different from what he has told the private investigator during his interview.

I was dismissed for this case even though I tried to show the chairperson the discrepancy in the evidence and testimony of the witness.

I forwarded my case to clientele legal who eventually came back to me to tell me that in their policy it is stated that they do not attend to incidences that took place oversees. Wow... I got dismissed in SA and through evidence given by me and my colleague. The issue I said to Clientele Legal, was not about where things happened, but was about how this issue was handled. Firstly a private investigator was hired to investigate why I got removed from the airplane and he got nothing to prove that I had done any wrong. He couldn't even get a statement from the airline.

Now the assault charges. There were three versions of the argument incident from my colleague. They were all different from each other

The complainant on the assault case was not my colleague but the HR manager, something I had never heard of in my entire career.

Clientele Legal outright refused to take this case. They didn't even ask for the details I just gave above about the situation. All they shoved into my face was their policy.

It makes me sick to my stomach everytime I see their adverti*****t and I literally change the channel when their add comes on.
