Great service

Initially I had a bad experience with them. They took for ever to get back to me and to assist me in addressing my problem.

That all chancged when Ms Joyce nkomo got involved.

She was extremely sympathetic, apologised for the delay and addressed all of my concerns professionally.

All Civil claims has a 3 year expriation period. With her assistance, I have to out wait this period and I will hopefully then be problem free.

She did not just help to come up with a winning strategy, she also considered all of my inputs and made me feel like a valuable input in resolving the matter.

She did not try to make me feel that I am a pleb talking to a superior human being like a lot of attorneys do but more like a friend who is sharing my burdon.

She is an asset to your company and I hope that she is treated in the same way.
