Good Customer Service

I would like to say Thanks for the service I received. Yesterday, Saturday 9th Jan, around 5pm, my husband was arrested for overspeeding at Florida Police Station. Not knowing what to as I received half information from JNPD, I called clientele legal and spoke to Virginia Sekgothe. She explained the process, what to expect and how far she can go with helping me. She made constant follow up with the station and kept me updated throughout the night and following morning, phone calls and sms. She really helped me in keeping calm.
