Give back my money

I am so disappointed to the ***** in this company. I cancelled the whole thing i did with clientele IFA with their legal policy and got a refund of R250 that was due to.me after cancellation. But it seems that they still.deducted double R289 from my account on the 24th and mu stupid bank cant do a reversal on them. They did not ecen notify of the deduction. I m livid. I want my.money back and am never doing business with clientelle. Legal wise ws far better n u get offices for legal wise everywhere for assistance and advise.
