Frustrated and confused

Good day

I am so frustrated at this point I dont know how to get assistance for my parents get a certificate for Pioneer Debt Solutions. I have been assisted by Mr Mbatha from legal aid who has seemed to disappear into thin air now. Pioneer debt solutions has now a requested letters from all creditors which confirm paid up debt. When Pioneer Solutions registered my parents under debt review they never asked them to run around and get letters that reflect the amounts owed, why now?????? Its beyond frustrating and I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to Ombudsman, I simply cannot be entertaining this back and forth game that Pioneer Debt Solutions is playing and the Legal aid doesn't seem to be helping much.
