I left a review months ago about how I was **** to and ****med by an agent at the clientele. So apparently an investigation was being held and I was sent someone else's documents which is a POPI act breach and I was told that I had signed those documents after I disputed that the investigation died down and now a new document has been created and my signature has been forged. I cannot believe this not even a slight change and I want to involve the authorities now because this is getting too much now. That document does not even have my email address not even my address at that you guys do not even have any of my documents no ID copy no proof of residence, not even a bank statement!!!!!!!! Yet I was charged. I want this to be sorted all my information to be erased from your system and my money back every cent!!!
