Feeling cheated

On the 24th October I submitted a matter to Clientele requesting assistance taking that matter to court. It took Clientele 3 weeks to assess the matter only to come back and tell me they cannot cover it because the property in question was used for commercial purposes. I requested that the feedback they are giving me they put it in writing, I am yet to receive it. I am of the view that Clientele is taking some of us for a ride and only take our premiums for self enrichment.
