Feedback & response to our query

Requested feedback on a query and was called on Monday, 9 February 2015 by a Consultant. Advised the Consultant to call back later as the call could not be taken. No call was received !<br> Upon querying why there was no response, an sms was sent on Wednesday, 18 February 2015, advising that an email was sent and was returned.<br> Obviously no time was taken to investigate why the email was returned, as the correct email address was supp**** when accepting the quote for Legal Cover.<br> It has taken almost 10 days for a simple query to be addressed, what ******* from a national company !!!!!
