false advertising and *****ed service

My name is Randall Delilie and I'm from Cape Town. I am permanently employed but could not make ends meet, so I decided to start a business to boost my income but I needed a bakkie. I then went and took a loan by capitec bank and bought an Opel corsa bakkie at BAKKIE TRADERS VOORTREKKER PAROW for R65 000 cash.<br> <br> When I received the bakkie, the engine broke (NOT EVEN 24 HOURS). This happened March 2014. I immediately phoned the dealership and asked for assistance because this was a first for me. They simply refused to assist, according to them business is done because I bought the bakkie AS IS.<br> <br> I then contacted CLIENTELE LEGAL. I can still remember the advert where I client had a similar problem and it was sorted out within 3 months.<br> <br> After months and months of emails and phone calls CLIENTELE LIFE conveniently told me that they are sorry but they can't assist me anymore! For years I've paid my R203 per month and it ended up with false advertising and me loosing money and ending up with more debt and a ruined life. Clientele basically took my money evey month and did nothing for me but they advertise differently on the television,so I just feel ******!<br> <br>
