False Advertising!!!
<p>We are now with Clientele Legal for about 4 to 5 years if not more.</p> <p>When we took out their policy they promised us the world and said they will help with "ANY" legal matter</p> <p>Except "Pre Exisiting Cases!"</p> <p> </p> <p>Everytime we call them for assistance they tell us that they cannot help us.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have a building case with them for the past 4 years with no success. They called us and said that they did get the defendants girlfriend to pay R300 a month for an amount of R60 000 that was ****** from us, even the R300 has not been paid as yet!</p> <p> </p> <p>When we called them to claim outstanding rent and damage to our property by the previous tenants they told us they will assist and asked us to send through the documents whick we did, then someone else called us back and said they cannot help us.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want a refund of the years that we paid for Clienteles false Advertising Services. We currently pay +/-R200.00 per month without service satisfaction!!!</p>

Please note that the Court process is unfortunately lengthy, however we have managed in this matter to issue Summons, secure Judgement and to proceed with enforcement of Judgement. In the interim, our panel attorney is collecting the agreed amount from the debtor monthly and we will pay you urgently. The monthly instalment is unfortunately based on the debtor's affordability in terms of law. We will however review the debtor's financial position regularly to ensure that you are paid as much as possible.
We further confirm that your current dispute with your former tenant is a specific exclusion in terms of your Legal Policy. We will investigate your concerns raised however. We will inform you about the outcome of our investigation urgently.
