False Advertising

I took out a clientele legal policy a few months ago, I have gone past the 3 month waiting period after which they allocate a lawyer to you should you have a claim. I was recently treated unjustly by The Gym Company where I was blacklisted without my knowledge or any notification. I joined the Gym Company when I was a student, somewhere along the line I stopped working part time and couldn't maintain it anymore, I approached them and re joined once I started working and their end of the deal was upon my re joining they would squash the last contract and not blacklist me. The Gym Company reneged on this agreement and went on to blacklist me, I reported this to the clientele legal, and all their lawyer could say to me was I must approach The Gym Company and come to an agreement with them about paying off my initial contract and still maintaining the new one, which I would not have signed knowing that I still actually have to pay off the initial contract. I received no help from clientele legal no resolution all a received was an \ok your the consumer
