failing to help

I sighed up to clientel legal not knowing im going to need them to need them so soon. When I phoned they told me im still on probation and have to pay them a nother month by that time its going to be to late to solve the problem. I find that not fair due to what they say on tv and what they are doing is two different things im very unhappy with them for giving unfair details on tv and when you sigh up its different even with the payments
