Extremely poor service/ no service

I don't enjoy having to complain about the service I received from this company on a public forum. I wish they had a proper internal complaints procedure where I could escalate my concerns and have the matter resolved, but alas when I tried that I did not get the necessary... so now I have to resort to this. I am going through a divorce and dealt with Carla Mkhawana and some of her colleagues. I went there in person on 06 July 2015 to make sure she had all the paperwork and knew what to include in the settlement agreement. She \forgot"to inform me to initial each page"
