Extremely disappointing service received

On 7th march 2019 i checked my credit profile and i was shocked to learn that i was listed as a director of two close corporation which i do not have knowledge of since its inception 2010 and 2011 respectively. As result it became clear to me that this was a identity theft or *****. Being a member of clientele legal in good standing since day one, i call them for assistance and guidance on how to go about. I must say the service i got was not satisfactory. The consultant I spoke to showed no signs of a willingness to help me but instead advised that I must conduct my own investigations through CIPC.I was expecting some sort of legal advise & for the legal team to do these investigations on my behalf.Im extremely disappointed with the type of service I received & Im seriously considering cancelling the agreement I have with them.I actually rate them zero stars.
