EXCELLENT SERVICE - VALENCIA

Dear Sir / Madam<br> <br> About the 17th of April 2015 I made a call to the Legal Services Dept of Clientele Legal regarding a personal matter on which I needed advice.<br> <br> I was very fortunate to be assisted by Valencia (unfortunately I do not have her surname). <br> After relaying my enquiry to Valencia she went to extreme lengths in assisting me. <br> Not only did she assist me very efficiently and accurately, but she also phoned my back TWICE on the same day to enquire whether I were able to resolve the matter and if there is anything else she can assist me with.<br> On top of that she phoned me again after the weekend - once more to find out out whether I were able to make the necessary arrangements and if there was anything else she can assist me with.<br> <br> I can honestly say that she gave me one of the best customer service experiences of my life and that I will recommend Clientele Legal Services to everyone because of this excellent service.<br> <br> Thank you very much Valencia!!<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Louisa Britz
