Empty promises

I took out a legal cover with Clientele in January 2021 and opted for a debit order on the 01st of each month. they debited me on the 01 /02/2021 and on the 01/03/2021. I then found a cheaper quote for the same services they offered and I called them to cancel my policy with them, and the policy was cancelled with immediate effect with clientele and the gentleman assisting me advised me that I will receive a refund for the two payments debited as I was still within the cooling off period, he advised me that he will log a refund for two amounts and that I should expect my money within 15- 30 days. I received my first debit order refund within 10 days and I called to find out about the second debit order will follow shortly, nothing happened. This was all in March and I called again on the 02/04/2021 and was told I will receive the refund on the 07/04/2021 but nothing. I called again on the 29/04/2021 and was told I will receive it on the 01/05/2021 but nothing has came through.
