Hi i have this problem with clientell legal...they keep on debiting money out of my account without my concent.ive phone in a couple of times to ask what the problem was they told me that i said they must which i agreed on,the month of june or july has already started so i explained them that i want them to debit my account the following month,i recieved money in my account which i had to pay my Son's school fees..then clientell legal decided to take that money i phoned in and complained one of the consultants phoned me back to apologize which i accepted, we again made arrangement's on when and how il pay... Again they decided to take my son' school fees money not on the date we agreed but sooner.i never got any money back from them,they so unprofessional they have been debiting my account but i do not know if am even covered i need help pls if am not covered can i just have my money back that they were debiting...
