dragging feed and having a thousand stories why they are not able to help you even though i am a paying client for years

somebody opened a case against me that my dog bite them .I repeatedly send the documents to clientele and don't get any feed back then suddenly a lady called me friday night 19h00 and inform me clientele don't represent there members when they are accused of a crime were there was assault or violence ,so clientele assumed that there members is automatically guilty and the stupidity of the people contacting you is amazing .So what they are saying is that they are just in it for the money
