Don't take cover with Clientele Legal
I contacted clientele legal for their services. I made about 3 calls to them before taking out their policy. I told the consultant what I needed assistance with and she advised me which covers will give me immediate cover as per my request and for the services I need. I took out the cover, they debited the premium. I called them after, and now they are unable to assist me with the reason I took the cover for. If that is not worse, I keep being told I'll be called back and no one has called me back. I feel cheated and truly annoyed at this service.
