dissappointing treatment from clienttele legal dep

i have a filed a complaint with clientele on the 05/10/2015 and spoke to Jethro. I explained the matter to Jethro and spoke for almost 1 hour. he never contacted me since then and im under the impression that the matter is already escalated to the company i laid a complaint about. Yesterday i contacted the clientele offices to get feedback on the matter but Jethro was unavailable to speak to me and i left a message for him to call me back with a lady by the name of Grace.i never got a call from jethro and i called the offices again today and left another message for him to call me back. he finally called me today after 06:00pm and he tells me he was supposed to call me last week Friday and he couldn't then he apologised. when i was waiting to hear the out come on the matter the tells me he has not yet contacted the IUA insurance company in fact he wants to confirm the story that i initially gave him when i first called on the 05/10/2015. while i was trying to catch my breath due to shock he hanged up on me and never bothered to call back. I'm highly disappointed and i do not wish to deal with Jethro anymore because he is spoiling clientele reputation and he made me feel BAD!
