Dishonesty under Fais Act
I received a call from clientele earlier in the year from clientele and i advised the consultant that i already have the products. I then received numerous calls that I ignored and blocked. Today I received a notification that a legal service plan has been opened with a policy number and that it was will be debiting on the 15th. I have not given any consent for any of their products. I want desciplinary against taken against that consultant and policy stopped
